Tosin Fakorede, PMHNP-BC, is a board-certified psychiatric-mental health nurse practitioner at Alamo Premier Mental Health in San Antonio, Texas. She provides patient-centered, evidence-based psychiatric care across the lifespan, with strengths in comprehensive assessment, therapeutic rapport, and medication management.

Known for cultural sensitivity and strong clinical judgment, Tosin tailors treatment plans to each patient’s needs, values, and goals while collaborating closely with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care. She holds a Master of Science in Public Health from Grand Canyon University, a Master of Science in Nursing from DePaul University, and completed his psychiatric-mental health nurse practitioner training at Walden University. She joined Alamo Premier Mental Health in October 2025 and remains committed to supporting the emotional well-being of the San Antonio community.
